Role Description

The Head Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for leading daily coffee bar operations and ensuring consistently excellent beverages. This role oversees espresso and brew methods, calibrates equipment, maintains ingredient quality, and sets standards for drink presentation and taste. The Head Barista trains and mentors baristas, supports food preparation related to the coffee bar, and coordinates with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the coffee station, handling customer orders, resolving service issues, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring inventory, and supporting opening and closing procedures. The role is hands-on, requiring active participation behind the bar and collaboration with the wider team to create a welcoming, efficient, and hospitality-driven environment.
