Care Plus Facility Private Limited is seeking a cafe assistant to support coffee preparation, service, and hygiene across a busy outlet in Maharashtra. You will learn espresso methods, assist senior baristas, and handle customer orders in a fast-paced setting.

The role welcomes freshers with barista training and requires 0–2 years of café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop experience, with a focus on cleanliness and customer care.

Qualifications

• HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop.
• Freshers with Barista training/certification are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold coffee, and other beverages under supervision.
• Assist senior Baristas with daily café operations
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and basic brewing equipment
• Take customer orders and process bills through POS
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation
• Assist in basic food preparation and service when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment
• Check and maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
• Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Support the team during peak hours and maintain smooth café operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
