Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain employee records for new hires and rehires in ATS, ADP, Employee Navigator, and other HR systems.
• Process PTO transactions, including accrual updates, adjustments, corrections, and employee inquiries.
• Conduct manual payroll recalculations and retroactive adjustments as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely setup of employee profiles, compensation details, benefit eligibility, and employment information.
• Perform data validation and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records across systems.
• Support pre-payroll activities by reviewing payroll changes, validating employee data, and investigating variances.
