Job summary

TP in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Executive Payroll responsible for end-to-end US and Canada payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The role requires hands-on experience with payroll systems and strong reconciliation skills.

You will process payroll using ADP, Workday, and BMS, validate inputs, perform audits, support semi-monthly cycles, resolve queries, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Compliance to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience in US/Canada payroll.
• Hands-on with ADP, Workday, and BMS preferred.
• Knowledge of US and Canadian tax rules and forms (W-2, W-4, I-9, TD1).
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Payroll will be responsible for processing end-to-end US and Canada payroll activities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. The role requires hands-on expertise in payroll systems, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage payroll transactions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll transactions using ADP, Workday, and BMS.
• Review and validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and tax updates.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and pre-payroll validations to ensure accuracy.
• Support semi-monthly payroll processing while meeting SLA and compliance requirements.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Compliance teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Support payroll testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Eligibility Criteria -

• 3-5 years of payroll experience in US and/or Canada payroll.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, Workday, and BMS preferred.
• Knowledge of US & Canada taxation, including Federal, State, Local, SUI, SDI, Social Security, Medicare, and provincial taxes.
• Familiarity with W-2, W-4, I-9, T4, and TD1 forms.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
