Job summary

MSI Services in Bengaluru is seeking a payroll professional with 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience. You will process and maintain hourly payroll, audit benefits invoices, and ensure accuracy in MS Excel-related tasks.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while handling confidential information. Experience with Dayforce and HR portals is a plus, and possessing a US visa is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting and Payroll.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting & Payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and learn quickly.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred and US visa holder advantageous.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Experience in Processing and maintaining temp and hourly payroll
• 2. Hands-on in Auditing and paying benefits invoices.
• 3. To meet or exceed desired service levels in MS Excel
• 4. Maintenance in ADP portal & HR portal of team MSI.
• 5. Conducting periodic audits. 6. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1. Bachelors/ master’s degree with minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounting & Payroll
• 2. Good in MS office, with hands-on experience in Excel
• 3. The Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible.
• 4. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication (verbal& written).
• 5. Strong attention to detail and good follow up skills.
• 6. Ability to work effectively& ensure Confidentiality
