Job summary

Antal International in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with strong functional expertise in Talent Management and hands-on experience across implementation and production support engagements.

The role requires hands-on configuration of performance templates, eligibility profiles, rating models and approval workflows, with exposure to SIT/UAT and quarterly release impact assessments.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional with strong functional expertise in Talent Management and hands‑on experience across implementation and production support engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management
• Hands‑on experience in Performance Management and Goal Management
• Experience with Talent Review, Talent Profiles and Talent Assessment
• Career Development and Succession Planning experience
• Minimum 3 end‑to‑end Oracle HCM implementation projects and 2 support projects
• Hands‑on functional configuration including performance templates, eligibility profiles, rating models, questionnaires and approval workflows
• Experience with production support, incidents, change requests and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher and HCM Extracts
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and Oracle quarterly release impact assessment
• Exposure to Oracle Grow, Dynamic Skills, Touchpoints, Redwood and AI‑enabled Talent capabilities would be an advantage

Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning processes is preferred. Experience within the US Healthcare domain and Oracle Cloud Talent Management certification would be an added advantage.
