Offineeds in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate – Logistics to own end-to-end logistics operations, including home-delivery dispatches, international shipments, and courier coordination with customers and partners. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong problem-solving and documentation discipline, and the ability to build real-time dashboards in Excel.

Freshdesk experience and clear communication are preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Logistics with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in courier handling, shipment management, and logistics coordination, with the ability to own dispatch processes, documentation, and issue resolution independently.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Logistics & Dispatch Operations

• Manage and execute daily individual home-delivery order dispatches, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Handle international shipment dispatches, including courier coordination and compliance with documentation requirements.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Experience with customer service tools like Freshdesk (preferred).
• Clear and professional communication for email queries and service desk tickets.
• Skilled in working with multiple courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.

• Ensures error-free documentation for dispatches and invoicing.

• CTC:₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
