Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions accurately and timely.
• Handle employee data and processes on HRMS (preferably Darwinbox).
• Collaborate with teams to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
• Report HR metrics, provide insights, and support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to HR processes, identify automation and standardization opportunities.
• Generate HR analytics, KPIs, compliance reports; present findings to leadership.
• Support HR audits and related activities.

Key Tasks:

• Manage onboarding forms and processes on HRMS.
• Oversee background verification (BGV), coordinate with vendors and HRBPs.
• Handle employee lifecycle events like transfers, promotions, and manager changes.
• Track nominations, publish recognition programs, and document them.
• Manage separation processes and related tasks.
• Ensure correct data flow to payroll regarding attendance, leaves, and encashments.
• Coordinate automation activities with HRMS team.
• Collect and verify incentives data and payout inputs.

Candidate Expectations:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in people operations and HRIS data management for 3000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR software applications.
• Excellent data management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proven ability to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
