Porter is actively seeking a senior regional leader to drive P&L across multiple states and cities, oversee growth initiatives, and manage customer and driver lifecycles in a fast-paced last-mile logistics environment.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, a track record of leading diverse teams, and the ability to implement scalable processes that align with company objectives and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for P&L of all states/cities in the region
• Plan for growth and market penetration in the region – pricing and promotion
• Responsible for customer and driver acquisition and lifecycle management
• Strategizing and handling day-to-day regional operations
• Implement new processes and refine existing processes aligned with organizational goals
• Integrate ground operations with technology, lifecycle and core operations
• Gather product and market intelligence to improve the product
• Devise implementation strategy for new products/processes/features
• Plan, hire, train and efficiently utilize resources across functions
• Ensure long-term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention
• Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development including succession planning
• Contribute to retention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for P&L of all the states/cities in the region

Plan for growth and market penetration in the region - pricing and promotion etc

Responsible for Customer and Driver Acquisition and lifecycle management

Responsible for Strategizing and handling day-to-day operations in the region

Implement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fit within the organisational goals

Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, central lifecycle and core operations

Gather product and market intelligence for the improvement of the product

Devise Implementation strategy for new products/processes/features launched

Planning, hiring, training and effective utilisation of resources in different functions

To ensure long-term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention

Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning & retention

Skills:

P&L management

Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights.

Ability to manage a team spanning cities and willingness to travel extensively

Proven track record of employee performance management and development

Strong attention to detail and user-centric approach

Ability to influence and drive results in a cross‑functional team

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities, and use of good judgment.

Ability to develop, test, and execute marketing campaigns

Prior experience working in strategy/business excellence/program management roles preferably in consumer/partner - facing industry will be an advantage

Knowledge of Marathi is preferrable

Educational background - MBA from Tier1/Tier 2 college

Work Experience - Prior work experience of 7-10 years
