Job summary

You will manage HRIS data (Zoho), handle routine transactions, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with the HR Business Partner to deliver engaging employee programs while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Zoho) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Team player with passion for HR and employee engagement; payroll, benefits, and compliance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support for employee and manager inquiries.
• Assist in HR systems management, data accuracy, and reporting.

• Handle payroll inquiries, benefits administration, and timekeeping.

The Human Resources (HR) Senior Associate willsupport all facets of the employee life cycle (onboarding, benefitsadministration, employee engagement and offboarding, etc.).

• Provide frontline support for HR inquiriesfrom employees and managers.
• Assist in managing HR systems and databases,ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate employee onboarding andoffboarding processes, including documentation and initiating the backgroundcheck process.
• Handle routine HR transactions such aspayroll inquiries, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
• Oversee the daily operation of the HRInformation Systems on Zoho. Manage and report on HR data and provide relevantanalytics.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner withsupporting all engagement and employee centric events in line with theorganizational directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one-two years of Human Resourcesexperience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications andHRIS systems (preferably Zoho).
