Job summary

Chargeback Gurus Fintech Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking a proactive HR Senior Associate to support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits administration and payroll inquiries.

You will manage HR systems (Zoho), maintain data integrity, and collaborate with the HR Business Partner to execute engagement initiatives while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Zoho preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits and statutory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and background checks.
• Handle routine HR transactions such as payroll inquiries and timekeeping.
• Assist benefits administration and data integrity in HR systems.
• Oversee HRIS data quality and generate relevant HR analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner on employee engagement initiatives.

The Human Resources (HR) Senior Associate willsupport all facets of the employee life cycle (onboarding, benefitsadministration, employee engagement and offboarding, etc.).

• Provide frontline support for HR inquiriesfrom employees and managers.
• Assist in managing HR systems and databases,ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate employee onboarding andoffboarding processes, including documentation and initiating the backgroundcheck process.
• Handle routine HR transactions such aspayroll inquiries, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
• Oversee the daily operation of the HRInformation Systems on Zoho. Manage and report on HR data and provide relevantanalytics.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner withsupporting all engagement and employee centric events in line with theorganizational directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of one-two years of Human Resourcesexperience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications andHRIS systems (preferably Zoho).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment.
