Responsibilities

• Own and deliver individual revenue targets.
• Drive new business acquisition across developers, brands, and institutional clients.
• Build a robust, scalable deal pipeline with clear visibility on conversions and closures.
• Identify white spaces across high streets, malls, and emerging retail formats and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to landlords, developers, private equity firms, and corporate occupiers.
• Lead C-suite and senior stakeholder engagements, driving strategic leasing conversations.
• Provide insight-led advisory leveraging market intelligence, financial acumen, and sector trends.
• Build long-term client partnerships that translate into repeat business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead and execute complex, high-value leasing transactions end-to-end.
• Drive negotiations and structure deals to maximize value for clients and the firm.
• Oversee client materials: financial models, lease analytics, market entry strategies, location planning.
• Ensure high standards of execution and risk management across deals.
• Act as a market leader, bringing perspectives on retail trends and location strategy.
