Responsibilities

• Assist in business development activities, including research, lead generation, and client outreach.
• Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analysis for clients.
• Conduct market research on CRE trends, rental values, vacancy levels, and upcoming supply.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and clients to schedule property inspections and meetings.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and CRM with client interactions.
• Assist in drafting LOIs, lease agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to leasing transactions.
• Work with legal, research, finance teams for transaction support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders while representing the organization.

• Work experience within the Real Estate Leasing segment – Bhive Co-working Offices in BKC


• Previous experience with Smart Works as an intern


• Early stage in the career and eager to learn the commercial real estate business.

• Team player, comfortable supporting a reporting manager while gradually taking ownership.
