The roleprovides data-driven insight and decision support to the product, growth andcommercial teams responsible for NPCI flagship payment products (RuPay, UPI, Acceptance,NETC) and is accountable for converting portfolio data into clear actionsthat improve growth, retention and profitability. The position embedsanalytics early in the product and offer lifecycle, enabling faster andbetter-informed decisions on segmentation, pricing, benefits and customerengagement.
The role isexpected to challenge existing assumptions with evidence, build reusableanalytical capability and data assets for use across teams, and partner withstakeholders to solve complex product and portfolio problems at NPCI and itssubsidiary (the “Company”).
B.Tech / B.E. or Bachelor's degreein a quantitative discipline, plus a management degree; OR a 5-yearintegrated M.Tech. Candidates should be from IIT / NIT or a similar reputedinstitution.
