Job summary

ASSPL - Karnataka is seeking a Senior Associate (L3) to audit and correct detail pages, support seller onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams on catalog creation and imaging.

You will communicate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and help improve customer focus programs while upholding our customer-obsessed standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Knowledge of SQL (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers/vendors with catalog creation, product listings, and shipment issues.
• Onboard sellers and train them on internal tools.
• Handle inbounding, product issues and customer complaints.
• Provide inputs to sellers to manage customer feedback.
• Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and imaging.
• Review catalogs for content quality and coordinate fixes.
• Document processes and update SOPs.
• Suggest SOP changes based on input from Category managers.
• Handle daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
• Onboard new processes as required by business needs.

In this role of Senior Associate (L3), the individual is expected to be an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver and balance the needs and requirements of the program with high customer obsession. The tasks that he or she would be responsible for shall include (but are not limited to) effectively performing audits for detail pages and correction of defects, communicating with stakeholders and supporting pilots for new customer focus programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist sellers / vendors to get well versed with various Amazon tools and provide onsite and office support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment related issues etc.
• Guide & help seller for completing onboarding formalities & train them on internal tools.
• Handle various types of cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints
• Provide required inputs to seller to manage customer feedbacks
• Co-ordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation & product imaging.
• Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience
• Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs
• Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers
• Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
• Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs

Basic Qualifications
