Job summary

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional in Bengaluru to assist sellers and vendors with catalog creation, listings, and shipment-related tasks. You will train partners on onboarding processes and internal tools, handle various product and customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high content quality.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, regular reporting, and updating SOPs to streamline workflows, with opportunities to onboard new processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers/vendors with Amazon tools and onsite support for catalog creation and listings.
• Train sellers on onboarding formalities and internal tools.
• Handle inbounding, product issues and customer complaints.
• Provide inputs to sellers to manage customer feedback.
• Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and imaging.
• Review catalog for content quality and liaise with teams to fix issues.
• Document processes and update SOPs.
• Suggest SOP changes based on input from Category managers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
• Onboard new processes as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sellers / vendors to get well versed with various Amazon tools and provide onsite and office support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment related issues etc.
• Guide & help sellers/ vendors for completing on boarding formalities & train them on internal tools.
• Handle various types of cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints
• Provide required inputs to seller to manage customer feedback
• Co-ordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation & product imaging.
• Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on per-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience
• Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs
• Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers
• Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
• Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
