Description

The Senior Associate (Catalog Specialist) is an individual who is able to operate with minimal direction. The role requires performing tasks using fair judgment in understanding and applying existing operational procedures. In addition, the Senior Associate focuses on improving the quality of team results, prepares reports for leadership, assesses learnings and recommends new trainings, performs root cause analysis, and proposes permanent fixes to problems.

Key job responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end processes and related tools in order to achieve business goals.
  • Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards.
  • Open to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with scheduling flexibility supported through advance notice and accommodations where possible.
  • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done.
  • Support and implement improvement ideas in order to increase process efficiency.
  • Monitor individual KPIs (productivity, quality, utilization, etc.), create reports, raise the flag, and dive deep on deviations.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team through email, shadowing sessions, and workshops.
  • Train and mentor other Associates to ensure a fast ramp-up.
  • Flag any process updates received from stakeholders to the Manager.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to structure emails and updates backed by data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in catalog, data, or operations processes, with the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, deduplication, formulas, PivotTables, filters, conditional formatting, charts).
  • Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and the 7 QC quality tools.
