Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a dedicated operations professional in Pune to support customer service and backend operations, including revival, persistence, and renewal processes. You will track and improve policy persistence and renewal outcomes while coordinating with sales teams and handling field visits when required.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in operations or customer service, preferably in insurance or banking, and strong MS Office skills.

• Occasional Field visits to meet customers as per need basis.
