HDFC Life in Chennai seeks an Operations/Backend support professional to drive persistency through revival calls and renewals. You will perform cross-selling (BCSS, ABC, NPS and loans) and handle renewal premium collection, coordinating with sales for support related to renewal activities.

The role requires 1+ years in operations or customer service, with strong communication and MS Office skills. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification as stated.
• 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or backend operations, preferably from insurance or banking sector.

To ensure customer service and support all backend operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation and to track & increase Persistency and

Revival UW.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Revival (Persistency calling and collection)
• Cross Selling BCSS, ABC, NPS & Loan.
• Renewal Premium Calling & Collection
• Full time persistency calling through Company App, Updating disposition into company app
• Coordination with Sales stakeholders for support related to Renewal Premium collection.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Academic Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
• Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, backend operations preferably from Insurance or Banking sector.
