Job summary

SK Finance in India is seeking a results-driven regional sales leader to drive tractor sales across districts in Rajasthan. You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and identify opportunities in rural markets.

You will lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers, Territory Managers, and Sales Executives, set performance goals, and ensure effective manpower deployment. Close collaboration with dealers and channel partners is essential to accelerate growth in the rural finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Tractor Sales, Farm Equipment, Rural Finance, Vehicle Finance, or Agri Business.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple districts or a state.
• Strong understanding of rural markets and dealer management.

Preferred candidate profile
