Job summary

Sony Pictures Networks India is seeking a Manager Senior Artist – Studio Graphics to design immersive virtual sets and real-time environments using Unreal Engine 5. You will translate briefs into compelling digital spaces and create optimized 3D assets, textures, and shaders for real-time use.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience in Unreal Engine, environment art, and virtual production workflows, with strong collaboration across Creative, Production, Graphics and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Unreal Engine, environment art, set development or related areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, including Nanite, Lumen, Sequencer and World Building tools.
• Strong experience in environment design, level building, 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and real-time rendering.
• Knowledge of PBR workflows, materials, shaders and asset optimization.
• Experience with software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of Blueprints and virtual production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with real-time graphics platforms such as Pixotope, Aximmetry or VizRT.
• Explore new Unreal Engine and virtual production technologies to enhance creative workflows.
