Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced interior designer to develop contextually appropriate interior architectural concepts and space planning in line with client briefs. You will create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visuals to communicate design intent and prepare comprehensive drawings and documentation.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in 3D rendering tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in interior design or architectural firms.
• Familiarity with local codes, construction systems, and building standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

Develop innovative and contextually appropriate interior architectural concepts.

Interpret client briefs to prepare space planning, design layouts, and interior architecture strategies.

Create mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

Produce comprehensive architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, RCPs) using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

Prepare detailed construction documentation for partitions, ceilings, lighting, joinery, and finishes.

Ensure all documentation complies with local building codes, accessibility norms, and fire safety regulations.

Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with internal design teams, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design alignment.

Attend project meetings, conduct site visits, and participate in coordination reviews.

Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Project Management

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets under senior guidance.

Coordinate material selection and procurement in line with project design and cost frameworks.

Conduct regular site inspections, track execution quality, and prepare snagging/punch lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.

3-6 years of relevant work experience in an interior design or architectural firm.

Female candidates preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.

Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is an advantage.

Knowledge of local codes, construction systems, and building standards.
