Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture and project execution.
• Experience handling projects independently from design development to execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Develop and review architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and ensure accuracy of dimensions, specifications, and detailing.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure alignment with approved drawings and standards.
• Identify design or execution issues at site and provide practical solutions.
• Review materials, finishes, and construction details with the project team.
• Ensure drawings are coordinated with structural and MEP requirements.
• Manage project timelines, drawing schedules, revisions, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Review drawings prepared by junior architects and provide guidance.
• Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project information.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Support the team in resolving technical and design-related issues during execution.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept development through execution, coordinating with internal teams and consultants, and ensuring that designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, materials, construction details, and site coordination, along with the ability to independently manage projects and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Education & Experience
