The ideal candidate should possess a strong design ethos, manage project teams, mentor junior and mid-level architects, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and actively contribute to maintaining our studio's industry-leading reputation. The candidate should have worked on projects ranging from high-rise housing developments to large scale institutional projects. They should have experience in coordinating with services consultants on complex projects. They should have a good command on planning as well as on technical aspects of building construction and services. They should also have a disciplined approach towards data management and organisation.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch / B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
8-12+ years of work experience, with a portfolio of versatile built work.
Registered / Licensed Architect (COA or equivalent regional professional registration).
Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape/V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Grasshopper or computational workflows is an advantage.
Exceptional design vocabulary, deep knowledge of detailing and materiality, strong public presentation skills, and expertise in client management.
Deep understanding of structural systems, construction detailing, building codes, envelope assembly, and sustainable building systems.
