Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven architectural design and site coordination experience.

• Strong foundation in building planning guidelines, construction drawing methodologies, and practical site execution constraints.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple project tracks independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Prepare comprehensive architectural concepts, structural layouts, and planning drawings for premium projects.
• Technical Documentation: Develop detailed working drawings, Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, and minute construction details.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and on-site contractors.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design conflicts, and guarantee execution perfectly aligns with approved drawings.
• Client & Vendor Relations: Prepare eye-catching client presentation drawings and design proposals; coordinate closely with clients, external consultants, and material vendors.
• Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and regular project compliance documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all planning and execution steps comply strictly with local municipal building regulations and safety standards.
