Position Title: Senior Architect / Assistant Design Manager / Deputy Design Manager

We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 10 to 14 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects.He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. This role involves coordination with Consultants, clients, site and PMC. He/ She will be involved in new building designs, extensions and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. He / She should be able to Mentor and lead team of Architects and Technician toachieve the designand deliverables in line with project need. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing design and detail.

Design Development and management

Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact in line with Architectural trend and advancement.

Coordination with 3d teamfor developmentbuilding aesthetics

Select the materials as per the client requirement/liking and the project theme and prepare the material board for presentation

Drawing Management

Control Drawing deliverablesfrom start to finish of the projectto ensure high quality detailsdrawings for Schematic and working drawing stage

Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

Work With team of 4 to 5 Architects/ Technician for achieving the deliverableson time

Consultant and Vendor coordination

Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution

Coordinate with various vendorsfor material selection

Client and Site coordination

Coordination with project managers to achieve therequired design deliverables in line with site requirement

Make on periodic site visits to check on project status and report on project

Qualification: 5 yrs. Bachelor degree in Architecture( B. Arch / M. Arch OR Equivalent )
