Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- .4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
- .Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite
- .Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- .Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation
- .Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
- .Strong communication and presentation abilities
Job Description –
1.Design Development & Execution:
- Lead the design process from planning, concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality.
- Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants (MEP, Structural etc.) to align on design intent and project goals. Coordinate for timely completion of planned activities.
- Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.
3.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:
- Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details adhering to project standards and respective DCR.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, oberseve/identify design related issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.
- Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials.
- Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion in coordination and collaberation with project architect andexternal consultants.
- Flag any scheduling discrepancies to the Team Leader and assist in resolving them.
- Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.
6.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Support client presentations and participate in design discussions.
- Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
