Job summary

House of Hiranandani seeks an experienced Architect to lead design strategy and plan projects from concept to construction in Mumbai. You will ensure adherence to company standards and coordinate with design consultants and vendors across residential and commercial developments.

The role requires 15+ years in the field, with strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to prepare standardized design templates and submission materials for NOCs and RERA certification.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial architecture.
• Strong leadership in design strategy and project planning.
• Experience coordinating with design consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the design of projects from drawing board till construction stage
• Ensure proper design drawings, documents and specifications per company standards
• Conduct initial project feasibility study, concept design and schematic review
• Coordinate with Design consultants to verify design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants (structural, MEP, parking, landscape, etc)
• Prepare templates for standardization of design/drawings (material lists, cost parameters, specifications)
• Prepare and submit approvals and drawings for various NOCs
• Certification and data provision for RERA
• Evaluate design changes from regulatory perspective with Liaison team
• Market study of competitor projects to understand industry norms and trends

Key Purpose of the job

Responsible for design strategy, project planning, liaison and approvals for residential, commercial, industrial, landscaping projects in MMR

Operational deliverables

• To plan and monitor the design of projects from drawing board till construction stage
• by ensuring proper design drawings, documents and specifications as per company standards
• Conduct initial project feasibility study, concept design and schematic review
• Coordinate with Design consultants to verify design drawings and other specifications
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants like structural consultants, MEP consultants, parking, landscape, greenfield consultants etc
• Prepare templates for standardization for design and drawings across elements such as material list, parameters for cost effective projects, specifications, parameters for designing, etc for
• Prepare and submit approval and drawings for various NOCs
• Certification and data provision for RERA
• Evaluate the impact of changes in design from a regulatory and statutory perspective in coordination with the Liaison team
• Market Study of Competitor projects to understand industry norms and trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Arch/M.Arch with 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial

space
