Job summary

Qualifications

• Prepare and develop detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with accuracy.
• Coordinate architectural working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
• Coordinate Structural and MEPF drawings and interdisciplinary integration.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to present design concepts effectively.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and basic project costing.
• Familiar with tender documentation, tendering processes, specifications, and evaluation of contractor quotations.
• Awareness of local development norms, NBC, and relevant architectural standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Deliver design development, GFC documentation, estimation, tendering, and project delivery within timelines.

About the Role:

We are looking for an architect with a strong understanding of architectural design, technical documentation, GFC drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, knowledge of estimation, tendering, and project execution.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare and develop detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preparation and coordination of architectural working drawings, construction details, schedules, and specifications.
• Good knowledge of Structural and MEPF drawing coordination and interdisciplinary integration.
• presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office.
• Ability to identify design, coordination, and site-related issues and develop practical and effective solutions.
• Good understanding of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and basic project costing.
• Knowledge and exposure to tender documentation, tendering processes, specifications, and evaluation of contractor quotations.
• Well-versed with local development norms, NBC (National Building Code), and relevant architectural standards.
