Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Senior Architect based in the Mumbai. The Senior Architect will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and oversee design and technical development. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and integrating innovative design solutions into architectural and interior projects. This role will involve traveling to the site as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and finalize key design elements, ensuring alignment with project objectives, functionality, and technical feasibility.
• Technical Coordination: Develop and detail technical aspects of projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with all applicable standards and requirements.
• Client Engagement: Lead client presentations, manage approvals and design revisions, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Delivery: Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design and documentation milestones.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards while maintaining design integrity.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior team members, conduct design reviews, and support ongoing professional development.
• Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and progress tracking. Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and efficiency.
• Process & Standards: Ensure adherence to BIM/CAD standards for consistency and accuracy. Contribute to workflow improvements and support team training on best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in architecture and architectural design, supported by a robust portfolio of completed projects
• Proven experience in project management, including team leadership and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Working knowledge of software tools and integrations relevant to architectural design and documentation
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and design quality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Ideally 7-12 years of experience with end‑to‑end project delivery
• Familiarity with Indian building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills for effective client and team engagement
