Role Description

The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, translating client requirements into innovative, functional designs. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with interior designers and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, guiding junior team members, and participating in client meetings to present design proposals and incorporate feedback. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders to oversee on-site execution and maintain high-quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Experience with Integration of design solutions across structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital tools that support design workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, design collaboration platforms).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling tools).
