Qualifications

Role Description The Architect will work on the full lifecycle of projects, including concept development, detailed design, and coordination through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing design presentations, and producing working drawings and construction details. The role involves site visits in Mumbai, coordination with consultants and vendors, and supporting project management tasks such as tracking timelines and documentation. The Architect will collaborate with the design team on interior and planning projects, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to design reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in architectural design, space planning, and conceptual development.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation software.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Prior experience in architecture or interior design projects, ideally within an urban context such as Mumbai.
