Job summary

KMV Projects Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Conceptual Design Architect with 6–8 years of experience to translate project requirements into innovative, aesthetically compelling architectural designs that respond to client briefs and site conditions.

You will develop concepts, prepare initial design options, sketches, massing studies, and 3D views; design building layouts and facades; and coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams to meet regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual thinking and architectural design skills.
• Good understanding of building planning and spatial relationships.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Enscape or D5 Render.
• Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage design tasks independently and work within a team.
