Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect who can contribute to design development, product application, and innovative concepts for our glass mosaic product range. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable applications of glass mosaics in different spaces, developing customized designs, and bringing new ideas based on market trends and customer requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and creative design concepts using glass mosaic tiles.
• Suggest how and where glass mosaics can be effectively used in different spaces.
• Create design layouts, patterns, and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop customized designs as per client and project requirements.

Product Application & Visualization

• Recommend suitable mosaic designs for swimming pools, bathrooms, spas, elevations, kitchens, and other architectural spaces.
• Prepare design layouts, presentations, and visualizations to demonstrate product applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design execution and implementation.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

• Research the latest architectural, interior, and design trends.
• Study competitor products, innovative materials, colours, patterns, and market demands.
• Suggest new product designs and concepts based on market research.
• Identify upcoming design trends and opportunities for product development.

Customer Customization

• Understand customer and project-specific design requirements.
• Create customized mosaic patterns and designs accordingly.
• Suggest suitable combinations of colours, textures, and patterns.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams.
• Ensure designs are practical and technically feasible for manufacturing and installation.
• Support the team during design approvals and project execution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and interior applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and a good sense of colours, patterns, textures, and materials.
• Strong market research and trend analysis skills.
• Ability to develop customized designs and present concepts effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design, or product design.
• Experience in tiles, mosaics, surface materials, or building materials will be preferred.
• A creative individual with the ability to convert ideas into practical and market-oriented designs.
