Role Description

The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading end-to-end architectural design for residential and commercial projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed drawings and documentation. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and refine solutions that align with the studio’s focus on emotionally grounded, personalized spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing consultants and vendors, overseeing site execution, and ensuring design integrity and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design reviews, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering complete design solutions.
• Experience with Integration of design elements, systems, and materials to create cohesive and functional spaces.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with relevant Software Development or technical integration concepts that support design workflows and digital tools.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with prior experience in a senior or lead role.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct site visits, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with a focus on inclusive and respectful teamwork.
• Experience in interior-architecture integration and personalized, client-focused design is an advantage.
