Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Senior Architect to lead interior design and architectural concepts for sophisticated commercial and workplace interiors in Bangalore. The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, and execution teams to deliver design solutions that meet client objectives and budgets.

You will develop concepts, create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of total and relevant experience.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, and proposals.
• Create detailed drawings: layout plans, furniture plans, elevations, sections, joinery details.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for client approvals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
• Work with project management, procurement, and execution teams for smooth implementation.
• Review shop drawings and vendor submissions for design intent.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
• Manage multiple projects within timelines and budgets.
• Resolve design issues during execution and maintain documentation.
