Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and FF&E selection with client-centered concepts.

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with several years of experience.

Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, development of design concepts, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and specifications. The Senior Interior Designer will coordinate FF&E selections, finishes, and materials, and collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Day-to-day work includes creating presentations, reviewing construction documentation, conducting site visits, and overseeing installation and styling. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and ensuring each project reflects the studio’s standards of quality and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and FF&E selection, with the ability to create cohesive, client-centered design concepts.
• Strong skills in Space Planning to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics within residential and commercial interiors.
• Solid understanding of Architecture and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to align interior design with overall project vision.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for implementation on site.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end interior design projects, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client input into compelling design solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in luxury or high-end interior projects and familiarity with local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Bengaluru.
