Role Description

This is a full-time, Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions that align with client requirements and project constraints. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with Client, contractors, and project managers, attending site meetings, and overseeing design implementation to ensure quality and adherence to standards. The role involves working with design and modeling software, integrating technical and aesthetic aspects of projects, and contributing to spatial planning and sustainable design strategies. The Architect will also assist in project documentation, support timeline and actively participate in design reviews and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
• Has worked previously on architecture & interior residential projects
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and monitoring project progress.
• Familiarity with Integration between architectural designs and related disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP), ensuring cohesive project delivery.
• Comfort working with relevant software tools and workflows; understanding of Software Development principles is a plus for design-tech integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Proficiency in using AI tools for rendering
• Strong visual, spatial, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and an interest in sustainable and technology-driven design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Gurugram and engage with clients and project stakeholders.
