Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Architect role is based in Coimbatore and involves leading architectural projects from concept to construction. The Senior Architect will develop design proposals, prepare detailed drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and guiding junior team members through design and technical tasks. The role also involves reviewing design and technical standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes, and supporting integration of digital tools and workflows in the design process. The Senior Architect is expected to contribute to design reviews, improve project delivery processes, and uphold the firm’s quality and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
• Experience with Integration and Software Development related to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM platforms, CAD, and design collaboration systems).
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of building codes, local regulations, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to mentor and support junior architects, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Experience delivering completed projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments, and a portfolio demonstrating design quality.
