Job summary

Angel and Genie Bengaluru seeks a senior architect with 6–8 years of experience in high-rise residential construction to join the team immediately. The candidate should hold a B.Arch or M.Arch and have strong drawing skills across structural, architectural, electrical and plumbing systems.

Knowledge of NBC and local bylaws, exposure to coordinating with consultants and execution teams, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office are preferred. Remuneration is 8–10 lacs per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in high rise residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and building services.
• Knowledge of NBC and local bylaws.
• Developer-office experience preferred.

Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch

Remuneration : 8 – 10 lacs per annum

Key Skills :

• 1) experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
• 2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
• 3) Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
• 4) Preference for experience in developers office
• 5) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
• 6) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
• 7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
• 8) Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
