Job summary

• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and delivery
• Experience with high-rise residential and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience with RERA drawings and approvals

Responsibilities

• Strong design capabilities with hands-on experience in residential and commercial high-rise tower projects.
• Well-versed with building codes, municipal rules, regulations, and development control bye-laws.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing RERA drawings.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and checking Aluminium Shuttering / MIVAN drawings.
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, interior drawings (where applicable), concept designs, electrical layouts, and basic plumbing drawings.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor site execution and project progress as required.
• Good knowledge of latest finishing materials, products, and construction trends.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, presentation drawings, and technical detailing.
• Coordinate, review, and provide comments on MEP and Structural drawings.
• Coordinate with concerned departments, consultants, and project stakeholders through emails and meetings.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including both soft and hard copies of drawings, approvals, and related records.
