Job summary

VTP Realty seeks an experienced architect to lead end-to-end architectural design for residential and commercial high-rise projects in Pune. You will develop concept designs, master plans, and detailed drawings, and coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants.

Strong knowledge of local bylaws and approvals is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp. Leadership, coordination and communication are key to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate/high-rise residential projects.
• Strong expertise in design development and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design tools.
• Knowledge of local building bylaws and approval processes.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
