Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept designs, layouts, feasibility reports, and design solutions for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, municipal drawings, 3D views, renderings, and presentation drawings using industry-standard software.
• Manage statutory approvals and liaise with government authorities, consultants, and approval agencies for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, MUFA, and all applicable building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Handle redevelopment projects, including SRA and MHADA, and cooperative housing society redevelopment proposals.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Architect to lead architectural design, project feasibility, and statutory approval processes for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in architectural planning, liaisoning with government authorities, redevelopment regulations, and high-rise building projects, ensuring timely approvals and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept Designs, layouts, feasibility reports, and design solutions for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, municipal drawings, 3D views, renderings, and presentation drawings using industry-standard software.
• Manage statutory approvals and liaise with government authorities, consultants, and approval agencies for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, RERA, MUFA, and all applicable building regulations and statutory requirements.
• Handle redevelopment projects, including SRA, MHADA, and Cooperative Housing Society redevelopment proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and effective project coordination.
• Review design documentation, maintain approval records, and resolve architectural, design, and regulatory issues throughout the projec lifecycle.
