Job summary

Fujitsu Pune is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows, ensuring best practices in automation development and governance.

You will collaborate with analysts and process owners to identify opportunities, design and deploy bots, and maintain solutions for performance and stability while adhering to security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Experience spanning 5–12 years in relevant roles.
• Familiarity with Orchestrator/Control Room for scheduling bots.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting for UiPath automation.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL), and web services integration.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methods.
• Document processing (OCR, AI/ML) and NLP are pluses.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Description

Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and efficient automation workflows, and ensuring best practices in automation development and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and workflows following established design standards and best practices.
• Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and stability.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards in all automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, performing root cause analysis where necessary.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to speed up automation delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation program.

Qualifications

• Strong Hands-on experience with UiPath
• Experience between 5 years to 12 years
• Okay with Work from Office (11 days)
• Strong understanding of process design, exception handling, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting required for UiPath automation
• Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL), and web services integration.
• Experience with Orchestrator/Control Room for scheduling and managing bots.
• Knowledge of document processing (OCR, AI/ML-based extraction) and intelligent automation (IDP, NLP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
