Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable automation solutions. You will work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots, integrate with REST APIs and enterprise applications, and ensure quality through testing and documentation.

You will collaborate with business analysts and architects, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Application Development, Automation, or RPA initiatives.
• 1) Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
• 2) Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
• 3) Strong knowledge of API integration, REST services, web services, and system connectivity.
• 4) Experience automating web, desktop, and enterprise application processes.
• 5) Good understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and automation best practices.
• 6) Programming experience in C# and familiarity with software development concepts.
• 7) Knowledge of databases, data manipulation, and integration frameworks.
• 8) Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• 9) Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• 10) Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable and reusable workflows to automate business and operational processes.

• Develop and maintain automation components, libraries, and reusable assets.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator assets, queues, schedules, and monitoring capabilities.
