Job summary

Fujitsu India is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows and ensure governance and best practices in automation development.

Collaborate with analysts, process owners, IT and operations to identify opportunities, build reusable components, and integrate RPA with enterprise systems. The role requires 7–13 years of experience, immediate to 30 days notice, and readiness to work

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on UiPath experience with end-to-end automation.
• Knowledge of process design, exception handling and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting for UiPath automation.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL databases and web services integration.
• Experience with Orchestrator/Control Room for scheduling bots.
• Knowledge of OCR/IDP/NLP for intelligent automation is a plus.

Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and efficient automation workflows, and ensuring best practices in automation development and governance.

Years of Experience: 7 to 13 years.

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days of notice (only).

Work location: Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and workflows following established design standards and best practices.
• Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and stability.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards in all automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, performing root cause analysis where necessary.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to speed up automation delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of document processing (OCR, AI/ML-based extraction) and intelligent automation (IDP, NLP) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
