Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions using UiPath. This role requires strong expertise in API integrations, unattended and attended automation development, AI-powered automation capabilities, and production support in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Build unattended and attended automation workflows using UiPath Cross-Platform Studio Web.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation components following UiPath best practices and standards.
• Implement automation solutions using the UiPath RE Framework.
• Create robust API-based integrations utilizing RESTful services and external applications.
• Configure and consume web services using GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE methods.
• Handle API authentication, headers, request payloads, response validation, and error handling.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions leveraging AI Fabric, Document Understanding, OCR, and machine learning capabilities.
• Implement UI Automation using Modern Design principles and reliable selector strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture, and user documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production bots to ensure operational stability and performance.
• Investigate automation failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage source code using GitHub and participate in CI/CD deployment processes.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure successful automation delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
• Strong experience developing attended and unattended robots in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with UiPath Cross-Platform Studio Web.
• Experience implementing automation solutions using RE Framework.
• Strong experience with API integrations and RESTful services.
• Experience configuring:
  • Endpoint URLs
  • Request Headers
  • Authorization mechanisms
  • Request/Response handling
  • Error handling and response code validation
• Experience with AI Fabric, Document Understanding, and OCR technologies.
• Expertise in Modern UI Automation and selector management.
• Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Assets, Queues, Triggers, and Robot Management.
• Experience using GitHub, Git-based version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Production Support & Troubleshooting Expertise

• Diagnosing automation failures across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
• Reviewing UiPath Studio Logs and Orchestrator Logs.
• Troubleshooting selector issues caused by application UI changes.
• Verifying Orchestrator configurations, machine settings, assets, and queues.
• Identifying network-related issues including API connectivity, firewall restrictions, and endpoint availability.
• Analyzing environment-specific differences when bots work in Development but fail in Production.
• Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to .NET Framework, C#, LINQ, VBA, or Python.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integrations and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
