Job summary

Fujitsu seeks a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows and ensure governance and best practices are followed.

The role requires 5–12 years of hands-on UiPath experience, with 11 days in-office work. You will collaborate with IT and business units to integrate automations across systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the automation program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and workflows following established design standards and best practices.
• Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and stability.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards in all automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, performing root cause analysis where necessary.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to speed up automation delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation program.
