Job summary

UiPath, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, code, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio. You will craft robust robots and integrate with the UiPath Product Suite, supporting customers during deployments and POCs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT with hands-on UiPath automation, strong VB.NET/C#, and familiarity with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and AI Center. You will mentor juniors and stay current with UiPath releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT with code development background.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents and their capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Product Suite and end-to-end automation.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and best practices.
• Experience with REST/API workflows and scripting languages.
• UiPath Certified Professionals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Provide solution designs during deployments, POCs, and project implementation.
• Modify robot code during implementation as needed.
• Develop workflows and activities using VB.NET/C#.
• Lead testing cycles and ensure delivery quality.

Your mission

As a Senior RPA developer you work with businesses and Partners to help them leverage full potential of UiPath Automation Platform. You would involve in Developing, Testing and Building world class robots that impacts revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer/Employee satisfaction of our end customers. You Will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Service and may lead a few.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Code and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio using coding agents (Autopilot & Other coding agents).

• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite.

• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.

• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.

• Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#.

• Responsible for the overall testing cycles

• Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.

• Mentor budding Developers.

What you'll bring to the team

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree.

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.

• Experience leading a Team is a Plus.

• Hands on experience in development using Coding agents and their capabilities.

• Very good understanding on prompt engineering and best practices

• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath Product Suite.

• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.

• Hands on experience in UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, API Workflow.

• Candidates are expected to be up to date with UiPath CLI skills used along with Coding Agents to accelerate development and troubleshooting.

• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C#/HTML/CSS/Javascript/Python script or equivalent is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus). Good knowledge on using IDEs.

• Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center

• Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus.

• Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus.

• UiPath Certified Professionals are Preferred.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.

• Understanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements is a plus.

• Experience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.

• Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus.

• Understanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus.
