Role- Associate Application Developer

Exp- 3-7yrs

Mandatory Skills- Japanese N3 (Min N3 or NAt 3) AND C++ / VC++, proficient, Debugging & Shell Scripting

Should have experience in japanese Language- Min N3 or Nat3 is required.

C++ / VC++

• .Strong fundamentals (memory management, debugging, STL)
• .Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems
• .Windows-based development & troubleshooting
• Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell)

Test Automation Skills

• Automation mindset (Non-negotiable)
• Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool

Understanding Of

Element identification (XPath, UI mapping)

Test case design & modularization

System Understanding & Debug Capability

• Ability to:
• Analyze logs (event logs, system logs)
• Troubleshoot production-like issues
• Basic understanding of:
• Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained)
• Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking)

Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)

• Clear and structured communication
• Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence.

Automation Framework Thinking
